My Therapy Space

“it is through and in the language of the body that we most fully and completely express our human being

-Mary Sykes Wylie

My Practice

My practice is infused with warmth, care, and heart. Integrative and relational in nature, the therapeutic work I do incorporates somatics, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices. I hold the belief that we all carry our own innate wisdom, and as such, I create space in the therapeutic relationship for my clients to be the experts on themselves and to articulate their needs, wants, and experiences in a safe, nurturing environment. The focus within my work is less on fixing and more on accompanying your human-ness.

  • Your twenties and thirties can feel like you're supposed to have everything figured out, but maybe you're questioning who you really are beneath all the expectations. You might be achieving things that look good on paper while feeling disconnected from what actually matters to you.

Often we know we want to feel more grounded and authentic, yet something unknown seems to stand in the way. Maybe it's pressure to perform, comparison to others, or simply not knowing how to trust your own voice. I work with you to explore what's blocking you so we can ask the deeper questions: Who am I really? What do I actually want? How do I want to show up in this life?

  • With a background in the San Francisco tech & startup space, I understand the burnout, perfectionism, and unique pressure that can come with these work environments. I offer support to those in high-pressure positions, and individuals navigating chronic stress.

  • Looking to proactively invest in your relationship, explore and more deeply understand the patterns between you and your partner/s, or strengthen your communication skills? Using evidence-based therapy modalities, we’ll work together to build closeness and connection within your relationship.

I also work closely with couples who are navigating decisions around whether to have children.

  • Incorporating my maternal mental health training and Postpartum Doula experience, I offer support to those who are navigating pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood.

Through a trauma-informed lens, I work closely with those who are processing and healing from infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
